Christine Saves the DayFebruary 28, 2007 Christine came over yesterday to record another "knit chat" for the Pointy Sticks podcast. (It will probably be live next week.) After Christine left my house, I called her and asked, "Hey, friend! Remember all of those awesome photos you took of my dogs today? Can I use some for verypink tomorrow? For pete's sake...I'm knitting baby ski pants! They're very boring! Gimme something!" She was very helpful, and saved verypink today. |

| I'll give you a taste of the dullness I was trying to spare you. Here are the baby ski pants (to match the sweater) on stitch number TEN-THOUSAND, SEVEN-HUNDRED-FIFTY-TWO. Seriously, I figured out the number of stitches. | |
| I tried to make them more exciting by getting Ike to model. That just resulted in several dropped stitches and one annoyed Basenji. | |

Christine to the rescue! Let me link to Christine one more time. She is a great photogrpaher. She also has this silly shot of Lou on her Flickr site. She and Lou are sort of in love with each other. |

Some more wide-angle action. You would never know that there was once a horrible, blue porta-potty in the background (if I didn't just blab it). Christine is multi-talented. |

Me and the "big dogs". (We call Lou and Abe the "little dogs" because they're younger. Size has nothing to do with it.) Thanks for the distractions, Christine. Verypink might have been very dull today without your help. |
