Write it on a Pound Note, Pound NoteMay 18, 2007 After bringing up the old cassette tapes in Wednesday's post, it spawned some discussion and memories. I still enjoy The Clash and Adam Ant, but I'm more likely to listen to their music in a playlist, and not straight through the whole album. Yesterday I listened straight through Combat Rock and Friend or Foe. Not only do I still like them and remember the words, I still know the song order. Know what I mean? One song sort of runs into the next in my mind. Thanks to everyone for your emails, comments, and attempts at comments over the last couple of days. Something has been goofy with Haloscan. I took this photo for Wednesday's post of "firsts", but I didn't include it. This is my first vinyl purchase. It's silly that I own any albums at all, since I have never owned a turntable.
